Au Pair of the Year Award 2018

The Au Pair of the Year Award was established by IAPA to provide au pairs the recognition and credit they deserve. Additionally, the award enhances public awareness of this cultural exchange programme and the mutual benefit au pairs and families receive.

By participating in this award competition, IAPA members are provided with an excellent opportunity to showcase their organisation and promote the quality of their au pair programme all over the world. Each year, IAPA members are invited to request their host families to nominate an extraordinary, exceptional au pair who deserves to win this award.

The IAPA Au Pair of the Year Award is announced at the Work Experience Travel Market and IAPA Annual Conference (WETM-IAC). This year, the award will be handed out during the WETM-IAC welcome reception, taking place on Saturday, 17 March in Seville, Spain at the Setas de Sevilla.
