Albert Rosher

Albert Rosher is a Senior Policy Analyst with International Experience Canada, working with Canada’s various country partners to put in place youth mobility agreements and arrangements.
He grew up in western Canada and first caught the travel bug during his participation in a three-month German exchange program in high school.
After attending the University of Saskatchewan and Dalhousie University, he joined the Government of Canada in 2005.
Albert has worked on a variety of files over his time at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, including the design and implementation of Express Entry, the Global Skills Strategy, and International Experience Canada. He is an avid traveler and is currently planning a return trip to South-East Asia for later this year.
