Carla Verster is the Founder of Carla’s Au Pairs, established in 2012. She has been part of the cultural exchange world since 2001, when she began her journey as an au pair in the USA. Having travelled to 99 countries and counting, Carla is deeply passionate about global citizenship and believes cultural exchange is one of the most powerful ways to break barriers, challenge stereotypes, and change lives. Today she leads an exceptional team who share her commitment to creating meaningful, transformative international au pair experiences for young people.
