Charlotte has spent many years working in the au pair world, helping both au pairs and host families enjoy smooth, meaningful cultural exchange experiences. She is co-owner of AFJ Au Pair, a family-run business with more than 30 years of history and has been shaping the next chapter of the company alongside her sister Claire since 2016.

She has also been part of the IAPA Board for almost four years, first as a board member and now as Treasurer, supporting high standards and collaboration across the international au pair community. Charlotte is passionate about creating great matches and believes that clear communication and shared expectations are the foundation of every successful placement. Her warm, practical approach helps families and au pairs feel supported from the very beginning.
