Leonard is the Fraud Prevention Manager at the US Embassy in Sofia, Bulgaria and facilitates several hundred student visas and over 4,000 Summer Work and Travel participants annually. He previously worked in Sydney and Ho Chi Minh City.
He received a B.A. in International Relations and a M.A. in Russian and Eastern European Studies and participated in exchange programs as a student in North Macedonia, Romania, and Hungary.
