Lila Tan has been working on the au pair programme at Beijing Zhonghui since 2012. She is responsible for both inbound and outbound au pair programmes, as well as other cultural exchange programmes. Lila helps young people from China and other countries understand and apply to the au pair programme. She also helps Chinese host families find their ideal au pairs.

Lila has a comprehensive, detailed and profound understanding and insight into the au pairing and has been committed to the publicity and promotion of the programme.
