Nadine Baruch has been active in the au pair field for almost twenty years, beginning in 2006 when she welcomed her first au pair as a host mother. In 2015, she founded Au Pair Office, which has since grown into the largest au pair agency in Belgium. Based near Antwerp, the agency places several hundred au pairs annually and supports both Belgian host families and young people from around the world during their cultural exchange year.

Nadine has developed the agency into a well-respected organisation, known for its strong family support, structured processes. Au Pair Office has been an IAPA member since 2017 and is also part of ECAPS.

Beyond her work, Nadine enjoys a warm and active family life. Nadine is passionate about Pilates and horse jumping and she is rarely seen without her labradors.
