Nicky Byrne is Head of Business Development for Au Pair in America, AIFS, where she has worked in commercial and marketing roles within the company for 17 years.

Nicky focuses on building strong relationships with both global partners and individual customers. Her particular interest lies in optimising communication strategies, particularly in the realms of cross-cultural interaction and youth marketing.
