Sean Lynch is an Assistant Director with the International Experience Canada (IEC) program at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). He manages relationships with IEC’s Recognized Organizations, external partners that support the program’s reciprocal youth mobility mandate. In his public service career, Sean has also worked with IRCC’s Settlement Program for newcomers, on public consultations and health promotion with Health Canada/Public Health Agency of Canada, and in communications and community funding programs with Environment and Climate Change Canada. Sean holds an Honours B.A. from Trent University and an Honours Diploma in Journalism from Algonquin College.
