Joe Rankl has been a self-employed management consultant in Munich, Germany with a focus on social media for more than 10 years. He is a book author and speaker, lectures at different institutes and academies and coaches businesses with his open seminar programme.

Before starting his own social media consultancy he had been responsible for the marketing at mail-order companies and international publishing houses for over 20 years. First as an expert in performance marketing and later in online marketing.

At his last station, the world’s largest specialist publisher Reed | Elsevier, he worked intensively on digital transformation.

Joe strongly believes in social media as a driver of digital transformation.
