Morgan Holyoake has worked in the au pair industry for over 10 years, and in childcare for over 20 years. She holds a Bachelor in Teaching in New Zealand. Morgan has been an au pair in America, worked as a nanny and kindergarten teacher and tutored English in Bali. She has been lucky to have travelled the world and live in many beautiful different countries along the way. Since 2019, Morgan and her family have owned Au Pair Link and have loved every minute of it. She has been heavily involved in lobbying the NZ government throughout the Covid pandemic to support her families to have the childcare they need for diverse families. Morgan’s passion and strength is building positive relationships with her team, families, au pairs and children.
