Michael Roberge, Founder of RMC, is a Canadian and has been living in Thailand for 13 years. With a background in Business & Education, Michael spent his first years in South-East Asia working as an English and French tutor.

He then started supporting Thai and Vietnamese university students with their study and/or internship abroad programme plans, primarily focused on outbound programmes to the US, and successfully enabled more than 1,200 departures from Asia to North America in between 2009 and 2012.

In 2013, Michael re-focused his vision and business plan, creating RMC in Bangkok for Internships and Management Training Programmes to welcome international students and recent graduates to the countries in South-East Asia.
